Jess & Kris Bryant Share Their Go-To Meal

Ingredients: 1lb ground beef 8oz of cream cheese Shredded cheese 3-4 jalapeños, chopped 1 cucumber, peeled 1/2 red onion, chopped Lettuce of your choice Tortilla chips Taco seasoning Hot sauce Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Jess Bryant, wife of Kris Bryant, infielder for the Chicago Cubs! Jess is more than just a wife. She's a huge philanthropist. Sometimes I actually wonder how she does it all.  Naturally, I had to ask her what her go-to meal is because a girl this busy definitely has something up her sleeve. So Jess comes over for lunch and we cooked up Kris' favorite go-to meal after a game, called the Bryant Bowl.

Ingredients:

1lb ground beef
8oz cream cheese
Shredded cheese
2-4 jalapeños
1 cucumber, peeled and cut in fours
1/2 red onion, chopped
Lettuce (of your choice)
Tortilla chips
Taco seasoning
Hot Sauce

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning on the stovetop. In a glass dish, spread cream cheese evenly. Add cooked taco meat and spread evenly. Add as much shredded cheese as you'd like. Put in oven for 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted. Dish out the amount you'd like in a bowl and add the toppings. To serve as a dip, add toppings directly to the melted cheese and serve.
