It’s dinner time…

You’re too tired to cook and too hungry to think of anything else. We all know the feeling. So I’ve rounded up Hunter and my favorite places to order takeout from in SF. Enjoy!

Robin San Francisco

This is the best sushi I’ve had in SF. The sushi comes in these super cute pink bento boxes. Hunter and I usually order the 9 piece sashimi + tuna + 10 piece cut roll. Their fish is super fresh and you can tell the story and flavors of the box are thoughtfully done. Also, if you like sake they have a great selection to choose from or you can order a sake tasting, which is pretty fun to do for an at-home date night.

This place is a staple in our household. We order from them at least once a week. It’s like comfort food to us. We normally order their marina girl salad, the suadero chilango tacos, guacamole, and queso when we’re feeling extra. We’ve also tried their churros, margaritas, and housemade horchata and we give all of it two thumbs up! Needless to say, we love everything at this restaurant. What I really like is that their flavors are consistent.

Tony’s Pizza

This is one of the most popular places to get pizza in SF. Hunter loves the New Yorker pizza (Gold medal winner, Las Vegas 2013) and I love their 20” pepperoni pizza. We sometimes get their Ceasar salad when we want balance to the pizza. Ha!

Cotogna

One of my all time favorite restaurants in SF. Their pasta is amazing, their bistecca is out of this world, you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Saison Smokehouse + 4505 buRGERS AND bbq

When we’re feeling homesick for Texas, we usually order from one of these places. They know exactly how to do bbq. Saison smokehouse does brisket to perfection and 4505 does ribs that will make you say yee haw. Saison also has these buttermilk biscuits that will make you talk like a Texan. If you love BBQ, these both are a must try.

If you give any of these places a try, let me know. Would love to hear how you liked them. I’m also planning on writing a breakfast and lunch edition as well. Happy eating! Byeeeeee!
