EMILY AND ZACK GREINKE'S - CHICKEN POT PIE

Emily Greinke, fellow baseball wife, invited me over to teach me her easy go-to chicken pot pie recipe. It is delicious! She made this recipe super approachable and easy, literally anyone can whip this up. It’s a hearty comfort food that needs to be worked into your weekday rotation. Also, look how adorable she is!

Greek Stifado (Beef Stew)

My sister has the best recipe! She makes an amazing greek stew that reminds me of my yia-yia’s cooking. It’s so tasty and makes a ton so you can keep it in the fridge throughout the week or feed the whole family. The best part is, it’s healthy. Add a little goat cheese on top and a nice glass of wine, I promise you, winter has never tasted so good!

PALEO LATKES WITH GABI MOSKOWITZ

There’s nothing more cozy than warm potatoes or sweet potatoes in this case, when it’s cold outside. Founder and author of brokeass gourmet, Gabi Moskowitz, shared with me her paleo latke recipe. These are just about one of the yummiest things ever!

THE CLASSIC CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE BY CHEF RYAN SCOTT

Our friend Chef Ryan Scott , slight flex because he’s so awesome and talented, taught me personally how to bake a classic chocolate chip cookie. You 100% need something sweet to nosh on when you’re up late (or you think it’s late but it’s really only 8pm because of daylight savings time) watching Netflix. These cookies will bring out the cookie monster in anyone. They are that yummy!
